Bol (Urdu: بول, 'Speak Up') is a 2011 Pakistani Urdu-language social drama film written, directed, and produced by Shoaib Mansoor. The film stars Humaima Malik, Atif Aslam, Mahira Khan, Iman Ali, Shafqat Cheema, Amr Kashmiri, Manzar Sehbai, and Zaib Rehman in the lead roles. The film marks the debut of singer Atif Aslam and actress Mahira Khan. It concerns a family facing financial difficulties caused by too many children and changing times, with a major plot involving the father's desire to have a son and his rejection of his existing intersex child. Bol was a critical and commercial success and became one of the highest-grossing Pakistani films of all time.

Hostel is a 2011 Indian Hindi-language action crime film directed by Manish Gupta. The film explores the psychology of ragging (hazing/initiation) and its disastrous effects on a student's psyche. It was directed by writer-director Manish Gupta, who had previously written Sarkar (2005) and directed The Stoneman Murders (2009).

The Samuel Project is a 2018 family comedy drama film directed by Marc Fusco and written by Fusco, Chris Neighbors and Steve Weinberger. The film stars Hal Linden, Ryan Ochoa and was shot in San Diego, California.

Coronet Films (also known as Coronet Instructional Media Inc.) was an American producer and distributor of documentary shorts shown in public schools, mostly in the 16mm format, from the 1940s through the 1980s (when the videocassette recorder replaced the motion picture projector as the key audio-visual aid). The company, whose library is owned and distributed by the Phoenix Learning Group, Inc., covered a wide range of subjects in zoology, science, geography, history and math, but is mostly remembered today for its post-World War II social-guidance films featuring topics such as dating, family life, courtesy and citizenship.

Hot Stuff is a 1971 animated short directed and animated by Zlatko Grgic and written by Don Arioli. Produced by the National Film Board of Canada for the Dominion Fire Commission, a department of Public Works Canada, the nine-minute short on fire safety offers a humorous look at the origins, benefits and dangers of fire.

The Drag is a 1965 anti-smoking animated short film, animated and directed by the Italian artist Carlos Marchiori for the National Film Board of Canada.

The Finishing Line is a short film produced in 1977 by British Transport Films and directed by John Krish. It was written by Krish and Michael Gilmour. It warns about the dangers children face on railway lines. Although it is not strictly a public information film, it is often considered to be so by fans of the genre. It was broadcast in its entirety several times on television, but was so controversial that it was replaced less than two years later by the slightly less graphic Robbie (1979).

Kids Can Say No!, stylized as Kids Can Say No, is a 1985 British short educational film produced and directed by Jessica Skippon and written by Anita Bennett. It is intended to teach children between ages five and eight how to avoid situations where they might be sexually abused, how to escape such situations, and how to get help if they are abused. In the film, Australian celebrity Rolf Harris is in a park with a group of four children and tells them about proper and improper physical intimacy, which he calls "yes" and "no" feelings. The film has four role-playing scenes in which children encounter paedophiles, with Harris and the children discussing each scene.

If You Don't Save Paper is a 1948 British short film educating viewers on cutting down on paper wastage by using paper more efficiently. It stars Terry-Thomas, later famous for his roles in comedy films.

Bully Dance (French: La danse des brutes) is a 2000 animated short film by Janet Perlman about bullying. In this 10 minutes short film without words, a community is disrupted when a bully victimizes a smaller member of the group. The whole community becomes involved in dealing with the bully, who is himself a victim at home.
