Anita Briem (born 29 May 1982) is an Icelandic actress. She is known for her role as Jane Seymour on The Tudors and her role as Hannah Ásgeirsson in Journey to the Center of the Earth.

Magnús Örn Eyjólfsson Scheving (born 10 November 1964) is an Icelandic writer, entrepreneur, producer, actor and athlete. He is the creator, director, and star of the children's television show LazyTown, in which he also portrayed the character Sportacus.

Eiður Smári Guðjohnsen (transliterated as Eidur Smari Gudjohnsen; born 15 September 1978) is an Icelandic professional football coach and former player who played as a forward. Eiður saw his greatest success in England and Spain with Chelsea and Barcelona respectively, where he won the UEFA Champions League and La Liga with the latter and the League Cup and Premiership twice with the former. Along with two spells at Bolton Wanderers fourteen years apart, he also played in Iceland, the Netherlands, France, Greece, Belgium, China, Norway and India in a club career lasting 23 years.

Þorsteinn Sindri Baldvinsson Blyden, (born 9 March 1996) better known by his stage name Stony Blyden, is an Icelandic actor, rapper, singer, drummer and record producer.

Emilíana Torrini (born 16 May 1977) is an Icelandic singer and songwriter. She is best known for her 2009 single "Jungle Drum", her 1999 album Love in the Time of Science, and her performance of "Gollum's Song" for the 2002 film The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers.

Baltasar Kormákur Samper (born 27 February 1966) is an Icelandic actor, theater and film director, and film producer. He is best known for directing the films 101 Reykjavík, The Sea, A Little Trip to Heaven (starring Julia Stiles and Forest Whitaker), a film based on the book Jar City by Arnaldur Indriðason, Contraband, 2 Guns (starring Mark Wahlberg and Denzel Washington) and Everest.

Salka Sól Eyfeld (born 18 April 1988), sometimes known simply as Salka Sól, is an Icelandic singer, actress, voice actress, radio host and TV-presenter. She is known as the front figure of bands AmabAdamA and Reykjavíkurdætur and for her role as Soffía, Hjörtur's new girlfriend, in Trapped.

Elín Metta Jensen (born 1 March 1995) is an Icelandic former footballer. She played her entire career as a striker for Valur. Elín was a part of Iceland's national team from 2012 to 2022 and represented her country at the 2013 and 2017 editions of the UEFA Women's Championship.

Ólöf Arnalds (born 4 January 1980) is an Icelandic singer/songwriter and indie musician who has been active within the Icelandic music scene since the early 2000s. She was a touring member of múm for five years from 2003 before launching her solo career and has released three albums to date. She has collaborated with bands and artists such as Björk, Stórsveit Nix Noltes, Mugison, Slowblow and Skúli Sverrisson. Between 1988 and 2002, Ólöf studied violin and classical singing, and from 2002-2006 she studied composition and new media at Iceland Academy of the Arts.

Edda Heiðrún Backman (27 November 1957 – 1 October 2016) was an Icelandic actress, voice actress, singer, painter and director.
