Nuno Duarte Gil Mendes Bettencourt (born September 20, 1966) is a Portuguese-American guitarist, singer-songwriter, and record producer. He became known as the lead guitarist of the Boston rock band Extreme. He has also recorded a solo album as well as having founded bands including Mourning Widows, Population 1, DramaGods, and The Satellite Party. In 2007, he also reunited with Extreme to record new music and tour.

Angélico Vieira (31 December 1982 – 28 June 2011), whose full name was Sandro Milton Vieira Angélico, was a Portuguese actor and singer. He was a member of the Portuguese boy band, D'ZRT.

David Araújo Antunes (born 30 July 1991), better known by his artistic name David Carreira, is a Portuguese singer, actor and model. His debut album N.1 (2011) reached number 1 in the Portuguese charts and follow-up A força está em nós to number 2 in Portugal. Singing in Portuguese, English and French, he has developed an international career and is particularly known in French markets as well with a number of successful singles including "Obrigado la famille" and "Boom".

Nuno Resende (born 25 June 1973) is a Portuguese singer.

Salvador Thiam Vilar Braamcamp Sobral ComM (Portuguese pronunciation: born 28 December 1989) is a Portuguese singer, who won the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 for Portugal with the song "Amar pelos dois," written and composed by his sister, Luísa Sobral. In doing so, he gave Portugal its first ever win in the contest since its debut in 1964, ending the longest winless run by a country in Eurovision history (53 years). Sobral and his entry hold the Eurovision record for the highest-scoring winner, having earned a total of 758 points under the current voting system, after winning both the jury vote and televote.

Luís Filipe Oliveira (born 27 May 1983), better known by his stage name Lucenzo, is a Portuguese–French reggaeton recording artist and record producer. His parents emigrated to France, from Portugal. Lucenzo signed with the Universal Music record label. He is best known for his dance hit with rapper Big Ali, "Vem dançar Kuduro". Puerto Rican reggaeton artist Don Omar released a Spanish/Portuguese version of the song under the title "Danza Kuduro" with Lucenzo.

Roberto Luís Gaspar de Deus Severo, (born 3 May 1976), known as Beto (Portuguese pronunciation: ), is a Portuguese former footballer who played mainly as a central defender.

Tony Carreira (born António Manuel Mateus Antunes on December 30, 1963) is a Portuguese musician. Born in the small rural locality of Armadouro, Pampilhosa da Serra, he moved to Paris at age 10 with his emigrant parents. He lived there for 20 years. Carreira has had several hits since 1991, becoming during the 2000s one of the most renowned and best-selling popular singers in his home country. Tony Carreira sold out concerts in one of the largest venues in Portugal, the Pavilhão Atlântico in Lisbon, and also at the Olympia in Paris.

Diogo Miguel Ramires Piçarra (born 19 October 1990) is a Portuguese singer. He won the fifth season of the Portuguese version of Pop Idol in 2012.

António Joaquim Rodrigues Ribeiro, (3 December 1944 – 13 June 1984) was a Portuguese singer and songwriter. Despite his short-lived career due to his premature death at the age of thirty-nine, using the stage name of António Variações, he became one of the most culturally significant performing artists of recent Portuguese history. His recorded works blended contemporary music genres with traditional Portuguese rhythms and melodies, creating music which for many is symbolic of the liberalization that occurred in Portuguese society after the Carnation Revolution of 1974. The original and provocative nature of his recorded works has led to him being widely recognized as one of the most innovative artists in the recent history of Portuguese popular music.
